Robocall claiming to be from the Us Treasury, threatened as a second and final attempt to contact failure to respond would be considered a felony. Shame you can't really do anything about these scams and they are too successful against the elderly.
Left a threatening robo call message saying that this was a second warning that would be considered a failure to appear in front of a grand jury, magistrate, or judge for a federal crime or offense. Instructed to call back in order to reach "a federal agent".
I received same message yesterday morning. Try to call back last night and went straight to mail box without "IRS" prompt. Called back this morning and the person answer International Revenue Service. I hang up and asked my coworkers to call same number. They did and when the person answer, and we asked them where are they located they just hung up on us.
Left a threatening rob call message saying the same thing. I called back the number and someone identified themselves as the the "IRS" answered I asked who they had been calling for and they gave my husband's name. I asked them for their contact information and the guy got confused. I told him that I needed their attorneys contact information to give to our attorney and he said they did not have an attorney. I asked him how they were going to take my husband to federal court without an attorney and he hung up on me.

Seeing all these posts, I deleted, ignored, and blocked and calmed down.
Why do we have all these phony calls lately?
