This number actually shows up with a country code of 92- Pakistan! It has been calling me for weeks. It called primarily at night- midnight-2am... sometimes followed by a call coming from "Restricted". I would answer and the line would go dead. I don't answer now and sometimes it leaves a message but there is just background noise mixed with a fan or something. Sometimes voices can be heard but not clearly. In the last couple weeks they call at more normal hours of the day and less often. It seems to be 2-4 days between calls whereas before it was multiple times daily! By the way my phone is a CELL.
