I just got a call from this phone number and the first thing he said was "What's up?". I asked who it was, long pause, then told me his name was Jose. When I asked who he was calling for (long pause) he knew my name and asked if he can speak to me. Told him no (didn't identify myself as the person he was calling for) until he told me the reason for the call and he just said he'll call back when I'm available and hung up. I got a missed call from a 301 area code about a month ago and called back but got an answering machine message in spanish.
