Recorded message saying "This is Rachel from Cardholder Services calling about..." Then it just goes silent. Thinking it's one of these scam callback numbers where they make you think something is wrong with your card and you call back and it costs $10.00 for the first minute and three each additional minute. They just place you on hold and pretend to transfer you to other departments, don't call back, and certainly don't give them any info.
They called about lowering my interest rate on a credit card. Recorded message. Then said press 1 to speak to a representative. I don't have a credit card and pressed 1 to straighten things out with them. When I did it went silent.
