Got a voicemail from this phone number from someone with a thick accent asking for I can only assume was me, badly mangling the pronounciation of my last name. Asked for (me I suppose) a couple times, then shouted into the phone "hello? hello?" then hung up abruptly.

Primus called with a telemarketing message. Offered to switch to them. It was my business that they called.

I recieved a flyer in the mail from Primus in Feb.2009. After talking with Primus, I agreed to switch from Roger's and take Primus's bundle 64.
I was told by the person from marketing that I would not have to call Roger's that they would take care of everything for me.The transfer took place on the 19 March 2009. I called Primus on the 21 March 2009 to inquire when the billing date would start as I did not want to pay to different companies for services that were no longer required by Rogers.
I was informed by your agent that Primus took care of everything and this would not happen.
This morning I recieved an invoice from Roger's for the full amount for the month of March. After talking with them on the phone, I was told they were not informed by Primus 30 days before the transfer, therefore I will also be billed from March 31 - April 31,2009 as a penalty for not notifing them. This is how Primus took care of everything for me.
I called Edmunston to complain about this and was told it is not Primus's policy to inquire or know about the policies of the competition. But yet it is Primus's policy to inform me that they will take care of everything for me and not to worry about it. I find it hard to believe this. Primus did not get this big without knowing their competions policies.
I don't feel that the supervisor in Edmunston nor the person who answered my call in Montreal were qualified to respond to a call nor to be of any help to your clients. All either of them could do was tell me it is not Primus's policy which only enraged me more. I feel that I have been MISLED on more than one occasion by Primus and would like to speak to someone who wants to rectify this problem and  try to keep me as a primus customer.

After THEY called me, I decided to wait till someone anwered. When they did at last, They said :"Thank you for calling", as if I called THEM!!I'm tired of these calls, I'm bombarded by them.
