Left a message about lowering my interest rate. Since the recording started in the middle of the message, I have no idea what interest rate they want to lower. they also said 'my eligibility is about to expire' but since I've gotten this message before I doubt that. I was supposed to dial three to be taken off their list, but I think I'll just block them instead. Hahahahaha.
