this number list a basement for rent on craigs list. the area states private entrance but the space is not so private and it is not quite at all. the entrance is in the back with a light that doesnt work unless left on and it is not. the laundry is in your space and the landloard wanted 3 day set for her to use it and the was another tenant that wanted its use as well so with 4 days asked per week how is it private. there is a lot of rushing and scuffling in the morning over your head so you wont sleep due to the fact there is no carpet ion the floor above. the lease was signed under duress ten days after i moved in with all  types of terms added to it that were never discussed. person who owns the property seems nice at first but clearly has some anger issues and is very argumentive when she is critisized. as soon as i payed the first months rent attitude changed and as soon as the made up lease was signed the noise level and aragements changed and a new person moved in and the was more space to share. other issues are water to hot closet leads to dirt under house and bugs come in sockets all dont work no privacy due to cheat door and people wanting to visit laundry, sounds of mice rats squirrels or what ever in the ceiling.
