got a call early in the morning by this number, second call I answered. nothing but beeping. called back and got that old internet sound beeping. here is the interesting part, i googled the number, a page of army/governent list showed up and had the number that called me.......it then said to replace the prefix of the number when calling from cellphone and I did that and called back, It hung up automatically every time. strange eh? wouldnt doubt it if it was the governement. they do more illegal procedures than the criminals they demonize everyday in the media here is the website
