I got a call from the number 3014334392 with a Lady's voice who claimed to be Catherine with Fed Investigation Dept of IRS that there is a case against me because I did not notify IRS that my adfress changed and that I have to file a form D74 or IRS will come after me. She want not to interrupt her while she make some statement or speak with anyone until she completed making the statement. She cuts off the line when I told her I cannot refuse to interrupt if the statement she is making is incorrect.
I got a call from the number 301-433-4392 with a Lady's voice who claimed to be from Federal investigation department of IRS and told me that there is a case against me because I've had plenty of errors in my tax returns during past years, owe taxes and failed to respond to their notifications sent to me using trackable USPS service. I know that I don't owe any taxes. So, I've asked her to provide me tracking numbers of the correspondence they sent me. The person on the other side of the call hangs up.
I don't answer numbers I don't know so they left a message. Eric Wilson(?) calling from the "federal investigation department" saying there's a case filed against me and I need to call his department with my name and social or he'll have no choice but to transfer to the court house and "proceed in a legal way". They just want me to give them my info. Unfortunately for them, I'm not that stupid. I will be reporting to a legitimate government office.
I got a message from a James Federal Investigator saying that if I don't call and solve this matter I will be see them in court , the funny thing is that I know I don't owe anybody not to the federal government , this is a scam , the number was (301)433-4392.
