Call and harass him. Another annoying, unwanted call from scam artists. This is another example of why we must all contact our elected reps in DC and demand significant strengthening of the DNC laws - no unsolicited calls for surveys, opinion research, political, charitable, credit card interest lowering, etc.; no use of numbers unless issued by a legitimate telephone company (common carrier), no use of tie-lines, must show business name on Caller Id, no use of phony names or spoofed numbers. Any donations to charities or political entities are most likely going to be stolen and go into the pockets of the organizers. Demand severe monetary and prison sentences for violators. The FTC is useless, why? The DNC list is actually used by the scammers to harass us. Terrorism by telephone is rampant. We need call control, not gun control.
