Got a call today, she wanted my employers phone number. Threatened to serve me a summons at my place of business, if i didn't pay wht was owed over the phone today
This is a collection scam from past debts you likely settled.
In my case it was bills settled but resold to this loser outfit
They have no legal grounds to collect hence that is why they get "nasty" when you ask any questions; as they are hoping to scare you.
One place similar in the south called me and made the mistake of calling me on their cell
I called them constantly and also put their number on a blog about a free apple phone and that was the end of it
If this woman continues to call this number will see a similar fate , but at this point she has only called twice and sounded more like a crack head in Baltimore than a threatening to woman so there you have it.
I'm glad I read you'll messages about this woman/number. She just called me, but I didn't answer because I don't answer calls I don't know. She left me a message saying "HEY TERRELL, THIS IS WENDY, IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU CONTACT ME" First of all lady, who the heck are you, and where are you calling from??!! Secondly, when did we get on first name basis??? The message sounded like she was calling me from inside of car with the turn signal on.

They left a mssg. only saying "call wendy it's very important" the problem is I dont know the number or any Wendy's. If it's that important they should say who they are and who they work for.
