For weeks I have gotten daily calls from this number. I texted "Who is this?" and was told the message was undeliverable. When I answer and when I call back I get, "Unh?" and "Uuuuunnnnnhhhh!!!" and then a hang-up. A web search shows that the number is a cell phone in another state.
