Apparently this caller isn't to bright. Another unwanted call from this particular number on 9/20/2016 @ 9:53 AM. Even though their number has been blocked permanently, they constantly call and all their calls go straight to VM.
If it is a debt collector trying to collect on an unpaid student loan, then the joke is on them! I never had a student loan in my life and never will.
