I was called from Georgia today with the same message about the D.E.A doing a investigation. They had my info but I didn't give them any money. After some research on found out this was a scam.
I just got a call from that number today. He left a message saying I was under investigation and i need to call him immediately! I called and it was a voice mail Sargent franco or Frank......I. called the real Dea and was told it was a scam but it still makes me nervous
This is a scam, or criminal. The male calling has a heavy accent, probably from India. He claims to be with the DEA. I checked and he is committing a felony by impersonating a DEA agent. Ignore the call.
