I got the same call today but it was from a Brian Castellano...he as called me 14 times today!!!..wanted me to send him money thru western union.He siad I had 30 mins to do so or i would be Arrested He said he was with the DEA.. What did you do??
Yep, got the same call. The individual identified himself as Steven Gomez with DHS. Apparently he his changing his MO. Reported this to Verizon fraud. I got the same threats (You will be behind bars next week, We are coming after you etc...).
I got the same call from Steven Gomez on 9/10/12. Said he was a DEA special agent and would get rid of the federal charges if I would pay a $1,300 "fine", wired to the Dominican Republic, becuase his "investigation " showed I was a good, law abiding citizen. He was very smooth talker, very insistent and then, finally, threatening. I called my attorney, who told me to call my local police. They turned in a complaint to the real DEA and told me it was a scam. He kept calling me at least 10 times, but I don't answer.
I got a call on 9-11-12 said he was the DEA and Im being investigated for drugs and gonna be arrested what a stupid idot why would the DEA call you and say that Duh what a loser he is and stupid too,
He was barely understandable with the accent and said the DEA was coming after my boss if I didn't give her home phone number. I said right, and that he was no DEA agent. I can't believe the government can't stop this guy.
