Receiving voice messages approximately once a month to a company line from someone calling himself Officer William Wildolfo or something. The messages are hard to understand due to it sounding like a recording that is being played into the receiver or on speaker phone. Caller does not state who the message is for just starts into a spiel. Caller claims IRS is attempting to reach individual regarding a legal notice for tax evasion and that two attempts to deliver a certified letter have failed. If you call the number nothing happens...no ringing, no dial tone, no busy signal, nothing!
