Robo call about a free cell phone. They left a partial message, unintentionally, when voicemail kicked in. The message included an option for "pressing 2 if we wanted to be removed from their call list". Already on dnc list; therefore, this was clearly an unwanted solicitor/telemarketer call. I refuse to deal with anyone who breaks the law by calling me. My advice - don't bother answering.
