this # left a voice message on my phone. someone was breathing really deeply then just hung up. i don't owe anybody money, and i don't know anybody in maryland. we're on the "no call" list....in fact, we just signed up for THAT two days ago. WEIRD!!
It is a medical service survey company - they do not leave messages but will want to survey the person answering about a recent medical service received
I answered their call and it turns out they were not trying to sell me anything. They were a research group calling me to conduct a survey about why I had left my previous employer (which they correctly identified). I used to work for a hospital/university. They asked about my satisfactiona nd reasons for leaving.
