Received two calls from 301-575-9351, listed as Jackson Research. Not familiar with company name or number.

called my cell and didn't leave a message, i called it back and it was a machine

Received call from 301-575-9351.  Saw number on caller id.  Checked online - company appears to be a patient survey company.  I was recently discharged from hospital and it may be a follow-up, checking on satisfaction with care received.

Caller left no message.

I too have recently been discharged from a hospital. When I call the number back I either get a busy signal or a message saying the number is no longer in service.
