they call and leave no message

I got a message on my machine from this number.  A man's voice said, "I'm not going to let it bother me."  (Apparently speaking to someone else nearby.)  Then on my machine he said, in a kind of sing-songy voice, "Hello-o-o-o-...?  Parrish?  Mrs. [my last name]?"  {I am male.}  The machine then cut him off.

Calls everyday and hangs up on answering machine. calls around 5pm to 7pm
Reverse phone lookup says its a verizon land line from brandywine, MD but not published number
