Person called offering discount on washington gasbill becuase it is used to heat the home.  Voice sounded combination of foreign and Stephen Hawkings.  They had my cellphone #, new my name and address and asked for confirmation of account information.  I told them I did not have the information available and they would call back (stalling to do some research).  Since then, they have called back three times, never leaving a message.
