Received call from this number at 1540 hours, 4 Jun 16. Caller left no message. Cheri indicated it's MSP soliciting donations. Have no problems donating to MSP, they're one of the best LE agencies in the country. However, when there's nothing in the caller I.D. that reflects any affiliation with the MSP and/or no voice msg is left, it raises suspicions and it's highly unlikely most folks would provide any info to the caller or make a contribution over the phone.
