Leaves a message about a tax issue and seeing a federal magistrate.  Fake

Received call from a 201 area code instructing me to call this number for an urgent IRS tax problem.  I received calls on cell and home number.

Scam call. Do not respond

This is ridiculous.  This is a SCAM to get people to pick up and sadly many will fall for this.  Is it legal to be representing yourself as the IRS?

a few calls ftom this number statung that it is someone from IRS regarding enforcement issue by US Treasury blah blah blah and we don't settle this matter we will end up to a grand jury.
