Calls numerous times. Never leaves a message. Scammer.

unidentified collector won't state who they are calling for. Will not stop calling.

Calls sometimes two or three times a day. It never goes past the second ring, I tried. Answering once but the call ended a second before I answered

They're relying on your curiosity to call them back.  That way they can't get sued for harassing phone calls.  I get the same thing from them.  DON'T BE CURIOUS.

This not so bright scammer has called every day for a month or two. Hasn't figured out that the call is blocked.
