I'm glad to know in not crazy. This nutball has been calling my cell several times over the last couple of weeks but never says anything when I answer.
this number showed up as Sandy Spring,MD . the person tried to tell me my 2012 vechicle wasnt under warranty anymore, and i told them no the car hasnt reached its 100 k yet, plus i bought into the extended warrany program. . i know this old scam, they tried it on me last year.. with my 1999 camery which only has 84 k on it. BUT ITS A 16 YEAR OLD CAR. of course the warranty has expired. i guess after the two years is up on do not call list. ppl sell the lists off to others. while honoring the newer do not call lists. its just a newer number.for an older scam. check with your dealer if u wonder if ur car isnt under warranty anymore. ask for something in writting from this man / women if u answer this call DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER /MONEY OVER PHONE.
Received a call on the home number and cell number at the exact same time. Did not answer and glad that I did not. The caller ID came up as Sandy Spring MD.
