Soldier stationed overseas trying to call home via Morale & Welfare service.

Call from 301.675,6325 (caller ID "Maldonado Daysy") with unsolicited sales pitch to sell tires -- asked for phone subscriber by name; told caller not interested & hung up in middle of the sales pitch.  Two minutes later called by 301.675.6319 and four minutes after that by 301.675.6322 -- both with caller ID "Out of Area" -- not answered.
