RPM is receivable performance management. I believe it may have something to do with internet service (such as windstream). they have called me at all hours of the day mult times a day. Never a response if I answer the call.
I have been receiving phone calls from this number at least once a day for about 2 weeks now. I don't even have the chance to answer because they only let it ring a couple times . I sure wish they would stop .
I get a call 1 time a day and it rings only once. They don't leave a message either. I called it back and the recording is difficult to understand and the person who answered spoke really fast... couldn't understand them so I hung up.
