I received a letter from "Citi" to call 301-714-5303 about fraudulent activity and the message I heard was that they accept collect calls. I hung up. Scam?

I also received that letter but did not call. I called Citi and they would never confirm nor deny it was one of
their numbers. Strange.

Curious that no one from Citi has responded to your query.
