Who called from 3017205935

Called twice in 10 minutes trying to sell home improvements.  After the 2nd call and I told him to stop calling he said "F" you and hung up.

They won't talk, they won't say a word, won't leave a message, but keep calling from a not in service number

continual call re
; home improvement

A boiler room call. The guy spoke in such heavily accented English that he could barely make himself understood. All I got was that he was purportedly calling from Farmer's Insurance. I didn't know that Farmer's had a call center in Mumbai.
