This number called me 3 time a day, and not even talk when i pick up

I kept receiving calls from 301-723-7531.  I called them back and found out it is about higher education.

Yeah, I get these calls from same #.  I'll return their call at 2 o'clock in the morning and every hour after that.  See how they like me calling them!
