Don't call this number back. I had a missed call from it, and thinking it was a friend from Maryland, I called it back.... it came up as an out of country call, even though when it is calling you, it looks like a regular Maryland exchange. I immediately called my cell carrier to tell them what happened, just in case. I hung up as soon as I saw a country code pop up, so I have no idea who would have been on the other end, but it's been calling me twice a day every day since. I've blocked the number.
