Solicitor calling home phone trying to sell some home improvement. It is from a cell phone in MD and the guy could barely speak English. I hung up on him, I am on the Do Not Call List, and this is from MD? I am in VA.
Yep called me today, said "Goodbye" as soon as I said "Hello". Actually scared me, thought I was in a horror movie or something! I dialed back and received a recording saying "If you received a call from a telemarketer, it was not me. This phone has been hacked and I did not call you so please don't leave a message. If you are calling about Avon, then please leave a message". So, that's that....
