This number has called several times asking for a particular person. We tell them they are not at this number. They claim to be a litigation service concerning a fraud charge,

Does it say it is from Financial Litigation services when they call you.

No just 3017604927 MD as state

Financial Litigation people called and said they have a warrant for me from AA Enterprise  from 5129602982

Scam.  Debt is civil, not criminal, and no one should pay any caller who refuses to MAIL written proof of debt/proof they have the legal right to collect said debt.  Debt collectors and lawyers working as or on behalf of debt collectors cannot "have" or "serve" any warrants.  If they keep calling, block their number.
