These guys call me and left an unhearable message, when I called the caller id number later, it said it was "not in service"

Got a call asking for a name close to mine, but not me.  Hung up when I told them it was a wrong number.

should be citibank. They left a message considering my credit card.

Just got a call from this number. They left a unhearable message I heard the name Citi Card in the message but when I dialed the number they left i got a message saying "Welcome to Verizon conference calling".
