called and said they were an arbitration company and concerning a debt which I never heard of. loud and obnoxious reps.
hung up on them since they were rude and not my debt anyway
Got a phone call from this number and they left a long message stating they were going to take me to court unless I contacted them to make arrangements. They stated it was a very important court matter and needed to speak with me. They also called my home number and told my wife that I had used her as collateral for some debt, When called back the number they gave her some guy by the name of David said he was from NRA (National Recovery Agency). Had an accent of some sort. When I doublechecked this agency via phonenumber, found this is a scam run by others trying to extort money from people by saying they are seeking legal action against them for non payments of debts. DO NOT BELIEVE OR ACCEPT THESE CALLS!!
Scammer leaving long messages to try to scare people threatening with legal action. The caller said his name is David Jackson but he sounded like a native from India with a very strong accent. This guy even started laughing in the middle of the message, obviously this is a scam he said that he calls from the child registration agency. The caller ID said the call comes from Keedisville MD and the phone is 301 799 4753, he uses a VoIP system so he can be any place with an internet connection and appear as a Maryland caller, most likely uses a magic jack. I wish there was a way to disconnect his phone.
