First time seeing this particular number on my CID. Called my landline today, 9/14/2016 at 4:50 PM and CID displayed "CT Services Inc 301-804-9110" and as usual, no VM was left. Since no VM was left, the call wasn't important to begin with.

Jason asked for head of household. He said he was with State Troopers Assn. I said, "Oh, That scam." I hung up and blocked. Our Troopers don't call like that.
Didn't leave a message. Don't know what they might have said but I see that there are already 2 different supposed callers from the same number...IRS and State Troopers. Both are scams. Don't answer any number you don't recognize.
