no message left either time

This number calls my cell phone almost every single day.  The message is in a language I do not understand.  It sounds like an arabic language.  In today's times it feels threatening to get a message in this language every day that I can't even understand.  I am thinking of changing my cell phone number.  I guess there is no way to stop these calls, right?
