301-810-4533 calls constantly, sometimes without speaking. I called the number back a few times in succession. The first time I called it, it rang one time and then silence. Same thing happened the second time. Then, on the third time, something that sounded like an operator recording (but wasn't) answered saying the "number is not in our database". Then, on call #4, a lady speaking with a foreign accent answered and said "thanks for returning my call. Is this [and said my last name]?", then started asking if we needed work done on our roof (or something like it) using a very strong accent. I just said "no" and hung up.
