Called at 12:25 on May 16,2009. Identified themselves as "Account Services with Visa, MasterCard & American Express." Also said her company name is "Financial Freedom." "Account Services" has called me at least 4 times in the past 6 months, I've asked them repeatedly not to call as well as informed them that I'm on the DNC list. They've already been reported to the FCC/FTC(??) that handles the do not call list in the past and will be again now.

Called me on my cell to inform me that I could get a lower interest rate on my credit card. My credit card company does not have my cell # I only use it for private use. I think this is a scam. Be careful!
Called me twice within the past couple days. My caller ID shows 'Maryland Call.' The call disconected as I picked up the first day which indicates it's a robo call which calls many numbers at a time and only has the capability to connect to one at a time to play its message. When it called again, I heard the message 'This is Account Services...' I've received this call in previous months.
They call fairly regularly promising to lower credit card rates. They always ask to press 1 to go on. THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM. If you ask to talk to a manager or for a callback number they hang up.
