Received a phone call today at 2:30 pm (2-4-13) from a said "LeRoy Solomon", DEA agent located in Washington, DC. He stated that I had purchased weight loss drugs over the internet between 2002-2005 and that those transactions were illegal. I have never purchased any medicines over the internet! He told me that he was calling to let me know that DEA agents from my local DEA office would be coming soon to arrest me on charges of receiving illegal medications from the Dominican Republic. I assured him that he was wrong and actually laughed because he didn't even sound legitimate to me. It sounded like he was on a speaker phone. His accent was not a normal American accent. He informed me that I would soon be picked up by agents and would be transferred to jail.Being suspicious, I told him that that was fine. I stay home to make sure that we got this problem taken care of. He hung up and I immediately googled his name to find out that he has many entries of him scamming people into sending him money. He did not get that far with me, since I just couldn't believe his crazy story. I have spoken with my local police department and will follow up with the DEA!
Same thing happen to me just few minutes ago 2.7.13 @ 4.57pm .. I informed him that I live next to federal employee and would be more than glad to validate his story.. since this is my 4th call over the past several months, I did not let him continue .. I hung up..
I just received a call from this number 301-825-5076. He said he was the DEA and I needed to wire money to him for purchasing illegal drugs on line. I told him he had the wrong person. He claimed the fine was $1,445. dollars . He said I had to pay by pay pal in cash within an hour or I would be arrested. I told him I was calling an attorney and he hung up on me.

Had me scared to death. I can not believe I sent money. I realized after he caught me off guard what I fool I was. I reported it to police. He called me back and told me I owed more money. I told him he was a d**n fool and I hung up. He also said he would be sending papers by Fed Ex for me to sign ad return. I told police they said for me not to except papers nor should I answer there calls again. I'm thinking about changing my number. Please folks do not get caught off guard like I did. What really scared me was he said I had purchased weight loss drugs in 2007, although I have never bought any drugs off Internet I was in the Dominican Republic that year. I think they got my information somehow at the resort I stayed at or soe sort of traveling papers.

My wife received similar call at her office last week. He identified himself as being from the Justice Department. He told my wife the same story about purchasing a prescription via the internet in 2005, it was illegal and she was to be arrested. Never made it to the point of asking for money. I called and he gave me a badge number, but when I asked him for his address, he immediately hung up.
