Who called from 3018281139

Got this call Wednesday, January 21 @ 10:38 CST. I didn't recognize the number, I answered anyway and said the standard hello.... Nothing said call was disconnected I heard dial tone. caller ID shows this number as being from MD, USA.

I'm aware of phone subscribers (with cell phone) having Maryland area codes (and phone numbers) who previously lived in Maryland and kept the cell phone numbers originally assigned. I don't believe land line number area codes and numbers would be transferable when relocating. The unidentified callers can be anywhere in the U.S.

I mistakenly answered the call, today @ 11:47 a.m. 1/22/2015.  Another to put on the blocked caller list.

Typical telemarketing scammer -- they call, leave no identifying information, and no name or message.
