US agent ready to arrest me for commiting a violation. Told me not to hire a lawyer rather talk to him first. Harrassment

Yes same call, same guy, Maryland,  asked if I had a lawyer, task force, embassy, I could be arrested in 12 hours, he hung up, said good luck to me
