He has a distinctive Indian(east indian)accent. First time I picked up when someone kept saying "Hello" and I thought it was a family member. He spelled out our name but when I asked him what the call was pertaining to he went silent and after I kept asking he hung up. The second time the person called, using this number, I didn't pickup.
