He said he would connect me to someone that could give that information. I waited for a few minutes then decided I needed to look at my paperwork concerning the warranty I purchased with the vehicle before discussing it. I hung up. Today, I answered the call from this number. A male told me he was calling from an auto department and would connect me to someone to talk about my service warranty before the phone file was closed out. I asked him what company are you calling from and he repeated that he was calling from an auto department. I said yes, you're calling from a department, but what is the name of the company you are calling from, and the call ended. If they call back, I probably will not answer again.
