Was it a scam? I have received numerous calls from STACY HOLLOWAY. I'm really worried about having charges filed against me but is it all just a bluff? They called me from multiple different phone numbers with different area codes.
That's an office building, called The World Trade Center. I googled the directory of businesses, and they aren't listed. But according to another website, it does say there are a few empty suites. So maybe they are just using that as a fake address. Kind of how the mob would use a legitimate business in case anyone started to poke around.
I received a call today that left a message stating they were Litigation services. I did call back and told them I already knew this was a scam because it has happened to me before. He started asking me for attorney information and I asked him why I would have an attorney? He stated he did not know that I didn't know what was going on. I refused to answer anymore questions until he told me what this was about and then the guy got defensive and I told him the fact that he was getting defensive confirmed he was not being honest and for him to have a good day. I hung up and he called me back stating I would receive papers in the next 5-7 days, I did not respond and he told me to have a nice day and hung up.
I received a call today from Financial Litigation Services saying I owed them money for a payday loan I never took. They have a new number 215-557-0113 Philly. Dude didn't have any idea of what he was talking about. Total scam.
