Same basic thing, rang the full amount, then no message.

Spoofed number, robo-called on a tie-line, employed by a Maryland Scam Gang. They come up with new spoofed numbers every week.Blocked.

I answered the call from 301-854-8682 and said hello. A man just started to speak Spanish rapidly and I had no clue what the call was about.   There was no name on the caller id,  only the number was displayed. Probably a scammer.
