I get calls from this number many times and was wondering who  this is.

i got a call from this phone number, no idea who it is and can't hardly understand the man.  i have no idea how he got my number but
did give a name of a friend and knew a few things about me.???
no rev. look up, just shows an unlisted number and unavable on caller
id.
