This number calls my cell every hour of the day and night also since early 08. I will get a break for about a month straight and then all of a sudden they start right back up. Does anyone know how to stop this? It is soooo annoying.
This is so annoying. This number calls my cell phone at random...any time day and night, and when you answer, there is an annoying beep on the other end. I have memorized this number, and I no longer answer the phone when it pops up on the caller ID. Is anyone else having this problem?
It's probably a fax machine using a predictive dialer to make calls. That's illegal. The federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) forbids such calls to cell phones. The FCC enforced the TCPA and you can file a report online each time you receive a call: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do It just takes a few minutes to fill in the form.
Most consumers don't realize that the TCPA also provides an avenue for them to pursue monetary damages against the telemarkters who violate the TCPA. Of course, that involves going to court but it's not as difficult as it sounds. I believe that each time the telemarketer/faxer makes the call, they could be subject to paying $500 in damages. calls from 301-865-7034 and ***-***-3954 the phone company, call trace etc. can do nothing about them.
they woke me up at 11:30 pm 12:05am 1:33am 3:15am I heve to goto work when I'm called in just so happens I got called in @ 6:30am. I wish we could put a stop to all thes annoing calls or get thec home ph.# of the person(s) who are causing the calls to go out and bipass all their attempts to block us and call theo all hours of day and night.
