From the other posts in this thread its obvious the caller is a scammer. The calls probably can be blocked. Ask your carrier for details. Or put them in your contacts list and assign them the ring tone "no ring". That won't stop the calls but it will make them easier to ignore.
Got a call from this number identifying as National Disability. Wanted to ask me questions about my Social Security disability benefits. I am not disabled. I asked him about his company and he stopped talking and eventually hung up. They call often.
