I received a call from them today. I asked them to send me a dunning letter and told them they had 5 days according to fair debt collection act and they flat out refused. She also refused to give me her name or let me talk to a supervisor. Make a complaint to the attorney generals office, I did today and should be getting a response in a few days. http://www.receivablesperformance.com/ is their web address which has all their contact information.
Just called me now and woke me up, didn't know it was an american number (I am from Canada, not sure why they're calling other countries) They asked for someone I said I wasn't them and hung up
I've received 7 calls today from this number.. I reported other numbers after so many call. It's almost comical.. I get these after having surgery and the hosp gave my number out.. haha.my insurance paid off the bills and I have no debt.. this is so funny.. I just block and they don't ring.. will change my number at the end of the month tho.. what else do I have to do? I'm retired/disabled.. no debt.. gives me entertainment.. =Oh, they did leave 2 messages tho.. wrong person.. not me.. good grief.. LOL
